The Australian Management Review was formed out of a concern for our workplaces.
Across the professions and industries, we start careers in technical roles and grow these skills.
Then, one day, we are thrown into management. We have a team, people are asking for our permission, and they expect fast answers.
The problem is that we aren’t trained to do this and the guidance is patchy. While there’s a lot of information out there it can lack substance and quality, or it can be daunting.
The Australian Management Review brings together experts and practitioners to help emerging and established managers navigate the workplace and succeed. Starting with a podcast, the episodes are short and sharp, giving access to leaders who have knowledge and experience worth listening to.
